Refunds are applicable only in cases of failed payment transactions, duplicate payments, or verified service issues. Requests must be raised within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery time.
Perishable products such as cakes, flowers, and chocolates are non-refundable once prepared or dispatched. Customized or personalized items are also not eligible.
Orders cancelled before processing may be eligible for refund. Once processed or dispatched, cancellation charges may apply.
Customers must notify us immediately with photo proof. After verification, we may provide a replacement or refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
Refunds are credited via the same payment gateway used. Cash refunds are not available.
